• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate overall clinical nursing practice in the outpatient clinics on a daily basis.
• Work closely with the outpatient clinics management team to develop superior family medicine clinics for the service area.
• Cooperate with healthcare professionals in all departments to provide quality and cost-effective care.
• Fully support the organization’s mission statement.
• Apply regulatory agency standards related to healthcare organizations.
• Use cognitive and technical knowledge to manage care across the continuum of care.
• Remain flexible with work schedule and act independently within prescribed limits.
• Operate office machines and computers typical in a medical outpatient clinic nursing environment.

• Minimum five (5) years progressive nursing management experience; preference for at least three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Must be licensed in good standing as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Completed nursing education from an NLN-approved institution; BSN required, MSN or Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
