Join our 12‑bed CVICU with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio as a full‑time night nurse. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) due to Magnet status. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within six months is required. CVICU RN experience is required.

Experience working with post‑operative CABG (coronary artery bypass graft) valve replacements (TAVR, MVR), deep flaps/vents, sheaths, and titrated drips is strongly preferred. Cardiac device experience, including IABP (intra‑aortic balloon pump), Impella, ECMO, LVAD or VAD, and CRRT, is required.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing;
  Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
• Certified in Basic Life Support.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within six months.
• CVICU RN experience with post‑operative CABG and valve replacements.
• Experience with cardiac devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO, LVAD/VAD, CRRT).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
