Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about nursing and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients.

• Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Specialty certification in relevant area (e.g., Medical-Surgical, Critical Care).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Proficient in medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.
• Competent in using medical equipment and technology.
