We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. - Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Specialty certification in relevant area (e.g., Medical-Surgical, Critical Care).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Proficient in medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of infection control practices.
- Competent in using medical equipment and technology.
