Registered Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families on health management strategies.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and disease prevention.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience in a similar clinical setting.
- Proficient in medication administration techniques.
- Ability to perform venipuncture and IV insertion.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
