Team Manager, Nurse Family Partnership

Duties and responsibilities of the Team Manager in the Nurse Family Partnership program include overseeing daily operations and coordinating nursing team activities to provide comprehensive nursing services to women and their families enrolled in the NFP. The Manager participates in setting standards and decision making that helps meet PI-HS and NFP goals, supports shared governance and collaborative relationships, improves care and cost‑effective services, assists with business plans, clinical and resource utilization, and interfaces with agency personnel, physicians, and Perinatal Nurse Consultants to ensure effective teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Working hours:

Full Time, 1 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

• Bachelor's Degree BSN from an accredited/approved school of Nursing
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
• 2 years of recent experience in maternal/child health, public health, home care or mental/behavioral health nursing

• 2 years of clinical supervisory or management experience in the assigned technical or professional area
• Home visiting experience
