Manager Nursing - Patient Care Resource Services

Description

Coordinates team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model. Exercises independent judgment with 24‑hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units.

Hours: Full Time (40 hours weekly);
Shift: Day

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Certification in Clinical Specialty within 1 year of hire
• 3 years Recent management or supervisory experience. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to 2 years of the required experience.

• Master's Degree
• 2 years Management experience in like sized unit.
