RN - Ambulatory Nurse Supervisor - Walk In Clinic

Role

The Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows within the clinic, serving as a member of the leadership team and providing a nursing perspective to uphold standards of nursing practice.

• Coordinate, manage, and lead clinical support staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Initiate and monitor efforts to improve quality and skill levels of clinical staff.
• Oversee clinical workflows and activities within the clinic.
• Delegate nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Alaska Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• At least 3 years of direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
