RN - Neurovascular ICU, Nights

Neurovascular RN, Full-Time Nights (Every other weekend required)

We are looking for nurses with a specific interest or passion in Neuro. A BSN is required because of Magnet status. Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of Critical Care experience. Patient types include:

• Critical Care management with multi-modality approach
• Critical Stroke (at least 14 days)
• Airway support
• Status Epilepticus
• Neurosurgical patients (brain biopsy, debulking and re‑sectioning)
• Traumatic head bleeds (ventriculosomy) – patients with brain bleeds requiring specialized management
• Critical spinal fusion patients

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing;
  Bachelors of Nursing preferred
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements
