Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 13-week assignment. Weekend coverage required based on staffing needs. Guaranteed 60 hours per two-week period with potential for one call-off per two weeks.

• Innovative Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model with bedside RN, virtual RN, and CNA support for every patient
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 36-bed progressive care stepdown unit
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, lift teams, rapid response teams, and more
• Diverse patient population including cardiac, respiratory, neuro, renal, and complex medical-surgical cases
• Epic charting system with free parking and scrubs provided

• Active Alaska RN license or ability to complete application within 48 hours of signing
• Minimum 1 year of progressive care, stepdown, or comparable experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with 1:4 patient ratios
• Hepatitis B vaccine required (titers or declination not accepted)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years
• Willingness to float to lower acuity units, renal care, neuro, and medical-surgical areas
• Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
