Manager Nursing - Patient Care Resource Services

Overview

Coordinates a team in the delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model. Exercises independent judgment with 24‑hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Coursework/Training:
  Graduate of an accredited or approved school of nursing.
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Certification in Clinical Specialty within 1 year of hire.
• 3 years recent management or supervisory experience. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to 2 years of the required experience.

• Master's Degree.
• 2 years management experience in a similarly sized unit.

Full Time (40 Hours Weekly), Day Shift.

Pay range: $65.24 - $102.99 per hour. Additional compensation may be available.
