PCU RN License pending ok. Must be able to complete AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing (including submitting FPs, app fee, license application submittal). Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer. Assignment Length - 13 Weeks

- Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

Stepdown unit from ICU with a wide variety of patient populations serving multiple disciplines. Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model is utilized on this unit. For every patient there is 1 bedside RN, a Virtual RN, and 1 CNA. Beside RN 1:4 CNA patient ratios are 1:6 The virtual nurse works remotely and assists patient with admission, discharge, rounding, education, plans of care, and safety rounds.

Must has AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer. 30% of patient population are cardiac in nature. CHF, MI, S/p TAVR, MVR patients, Pacemaker patients, Cardiac arrythmia patients, Drug load patients, Angiovac, ACS patients, etc. Respiratory patients including COVID, FLU, COPD and Asthma exacerbations, Trach patients (>24h since placement), chronic home ventilators. Able to do high flow NC and BIPAP.

Overflow for Neuro patients, Renal patients. Complicated medical surgical patients requiring higher level of monitoring. (ETOH WD, GIB, etc.)
