Job Description
Coordinates team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model. Exercises independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units.
Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly)
Day Shift
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Certification in Clinical Specialty within 1 year of hire
- 3 years Recent management or supervisory experience. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to 2 years of the required experience.
- Master's Degree
- 2 years Management experience in like sized unit.
