- Minimum 1 Year of L&D Experience
- Charge Nurse Experience Preferred
- Willingness to Train into Charge Role
- Strong Labor & Delivery and High-Risk Antepartum Experience
- High-Risk Labor & Delivery Unit
- 10 OB Triage Rooms
- 10 LDR Rooms
- 3 OB OR Suites
- 4 PACU Rooms
- Average of 7 Deliveries Daily
- Can Care for Up to 14 Patients Including Inductions and High-Risk Antepartum Cases
- OB Triage Sees Approximately 4-5 Third-Trimester Testing Patients Daily Plus Additional Triage Visits
- Primarily Straight Night Shift
- If unit needs require, schedule may rotate between days and nights every 4 weeks
- Every Other Weekend Required
- No On-Call Requirement
- Block Scheduling Not Available
