Home Health and Hospice RN – Ancora Home Health and Hospice

As a Home Health and Hospice RN at Ancora, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home health and end‑of‑life care to our patients. Your compassionate approach will include comprehensive physical, social, and psychological assessments and your friendly, supportive demeanor will actively engage patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team in developing comprehensive care strategies and plans. You will efficiently coordinate patient care delivery, manage resources, maintain meticulous patient records, collaborate proactively with other team members, and initiate referrals as needed to create a holistic care experience.

    Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (with schedule flexibility to build a weekly routine around your life)

Skills & Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
  • Home health and hospice experience preferred
  • Physical ability to transfer and move patients safely
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time‑management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
  • Proof of current auto insurance and registration
  • Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card (can be obtained through Ancora)
  • Current CPR certification (can be provided by Ancora)
  • Negative TB test (testing available through Ancora)
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
