RN - Tele Triage

Description

Provides nursing triage to the general public via telephone. Assesses appropriate intervention using the nursing process.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire, or equivalent education/experience.
• An RN with 20 years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a BSN.
• Exceptions considered by the senior administrative nursing leader in consultation with Human Resources.
• RNs employed prior to 2021 are encouraged to obtain a Bachelor's or higher degree, but this is not a condition of employment.
• 1 year recent clinical experience in home health, telehealth, medical‑surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal‑child health nursing.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing upon hire.
• 3 years recent clinical experience in home health, telehealth, medical‑surgical, critical care, emergency, pediatric or maternal‑child health nursing.

Base pay range: $45.04 – $79.13 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
