• Deliver compassionate, high quality nursing care
• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support nursing assistants when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families##
** Qualifications*
* • Current RN or LPN license in the State of Alaska
• Current CPR certification##
