Role Overview
The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, individualized, and high-quality patient care following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act. This includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and provide direct patient care
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
- Implement treatments and interventions
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care as needed
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Alaska RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- ACLS certification at hire
This role involves full-time, 10-hour day shifts, with compensation ranging from $43.29 to $76.06 per hour, plus potential incentives such as shift differentials and bonuses.
