Travel RN - Operating Room

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule:

Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Three twelve-hour shifts per week, with required call shifts)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN for the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthopedics, total joints, neuro, and robotics. This role includes significant on-call responsibilities, with an expectation of 5-6 weekday shifts and up to 15 call shifts per month.

• Act as patient advocate as circulator while providing support for the sterile field.
• Perform duties associated with operating room nursing, including both circulator and scrub roles.
• Participate in various surgical procedures, including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and robotic cases.

• Current Alaska RN license required for submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience as a circulator and scrub nurse is highly preferred.
