Compensation & Benefits
- $119,313 – $178,968 annually, plus annual incentive opportunities and sign-on bonus.
- $20,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Current RN/APRN license and DEA registration
- Primary care experience preferred
- Strong commitment to relationship-based, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills
