We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for pediatric patients, primarily during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness, and reporting changes in patient condition
- Incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
- Identifying educational, care coordination, and discharge planning needs
- Current LPN license in the practicing state
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification
- Preferred: one year of nursing experience
