What You’ll Do
As aCook 2 or Cook 3, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh ingredientsincluding meats, seafood, and vegetables.
- Cooking and plating dishesto perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Following recipesto ensure consistency and accommodating dietary requests.
- Managing inventoryby monitoring stock levels and maintaining proper food storage.
- Keeping the kitchen cleanand adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

What We Need

- Previous professional cooking experience preferred
- No experience is required for this entry-level position – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What to Expect
Be on your feet for long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Handle heavy kitchen equipment and ingredients (up to 50 lbs+).Work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
Adapt to seasonal menu changes and special events.
