Job Overview

McDonald’s is hiring crew members for a variety of roles—including openers, closers, dayside crew, swings, shift leaders, assistants, and maintenance positions. Opportunities for advancement are available for those who can work throughout the day, from morning to dinner, late night, and weekend shifts.

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a fast‑friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Support managerial functions as a Shift Supervisor or Assistant when required.

• Open availability across all shifts, including morning, day, dinner, late night, and weekend.
• Experience in a fast‑service environment preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and thrive in a fast‑moving environment while upholding food‑safety standards.
• Willingness to receive paid training and benefit from twice‑annual raises.

• Starts at $16.00 per hour for openers, closers, and dayside positions.
