Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes;
Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals to ensure quality;
Follows HACCP guidelines; labels and dates all food items per policy; stores appropriately;
Serves customers efficiently at multiple stations and resolves customer concerns
