Description
As a Grill Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of creating high-quality dishes for our guests. You'll follow our Bear Tooth Grill recipes, adding your personal touch to cater to our customers' preferences. Working closely with our Front of House and Back of House teams, you'll ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Keeping our work environment clean and adhering to our hygiene and dress code policies will be crucial in delivering safe and outstanding food to our patrons.

This position requires availability on Sundays.AM and PM positions available.
Duties & Responsibilities
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy proceduresMaintain knowledge of menu items and ingredientsRead all printed tickets carefully with attention to detailAccurately produce orders following recipe guidelines and ticket specificationsMonitor the temperature of equipment and food cook times while taking personal pride in every item delivered for serviceOperate oven, fryer, grill, and other kitchen equipment safelyEffectively coordinate the timing of the various products and courses for every order regardless of stationHandle, store, date, and rotate all products properlyPromptly report equipment and food quality issues to a managerCommunicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurantComplete all opening, closing, and side dutiesAssist with dishwashing and other cleaning tasks as neededWork as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respectRequirements
Must have availability on Sundays.
You must be 16 years of age or older and have a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card (or be willing to obtain one).
Experience is preferred.
