As an Assistant Restaurant Manager,you’llplay an essential role in daily operations andmaintainthehigh levelof service that our guests expect from their dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for overall supervision, planning,controlling,and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.
• Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.
• Ensure food & beverage brand standards aremaintained.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
• Assistin achieving financial targetsbymaximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity.
• Performance management of all restaurant colleagues through constant communication, training, development, and follow-up.
• Inspects establishment andobservesworkers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and local liquor regulations.
• Ensure staffcomply withguest check procedures, cash handling,and accounting procedures.

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college, university, or degree from culinary institute; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hospitality degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in Food & Beverage Supervisory role management with a strong knowledge of restaurant operation preferred.
• Previous hotel restaurantexperiencespreferred.
• Experiencemaintaininginventory, ordering, and scheduling preferred.
• Work weekends & holidays on a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Accurate cash handling.
• Ability towritereports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Must have or be able to obtain within the introductory period a TAPS card and Food Handlers Card.
