401(a) ANTHC Retirement Plan:

SummaryUnder general direction, oversees the day-to-day administration of ANTHC's benefit programs. This includes primary responsibility for the administration of all leave policies and procedures, answers employee benefit questions, and conducts compliance audits. Serves as the primary contact for benefit related employee questions, and coordinates internally with teams for employee questions related to those areas of expertise. Assists with the administration of the annual benefit open enrollment process and maintains primary responsibility for ad-hoc education materials and presentations throughout the year.
