Full-Time Retail Supervisor
Base pay range$54,080.00 / yr – $56,000.00 / yr
SummaryAt our company, we grow people, brands, and businesses! Our Retail Merchandising Team seeks a competitive and ambitious Supervisor with proven experience managing and motivating associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. The Retail Supervisor will achieve and maintain all client and customer standards by overseeing and directing retail associates within assigned territories, working closely with Business Development Managers, Brands, Retail Managers, and other retail personnel to ensure business objectives are met.

- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute all retail projects.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, including work appointments.
- Consistently monitor and regulate expenses in line with position and team budget standards.
- Communicate accurately and timely with administrators, direct reports, and stakeholders.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple duties, frequent changes, and competing deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Build goodwill with the trade and clients, ensure timely new item placement, and complete all retail projects.
- Conduct store audits and execute all retail projects while meeting client goals.
- Increase brand representation through trade relationships and client appointments.
- Maintain client merchandising standards: stocking, signage, facings, and schematics.
- Manage new item placement in all authorized stores.
- Authorize items to meet shelf schematic standards.
- Oversee call coverage by scheduling merchandisers and reviewing reports.
- Control budget and expenses to stay under budget with excellent oversight.
- Prepare accurate and timely paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Hire, retain, train, coach, guide, direct, and develop direct reports using company processes, tools, and resources.
- Delegate work and provide guidance to indirect reports.
- Essential duties include travel and driving.
- Travel up to 30% required.
