Location

Anchorage International Airport (R2- W INTERNATIONAL)

Compensation

$22.25 per hour

Schedule

Three shifts Monday to Friday: 4 pm–12:30 am / 5 pm–1:30 am (shift days vary), two shifts Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am–5 pm

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Background check required
  • Must be able to travel to the airport location and use company equipment
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sign installation and removal, litter pick‑up and garbage removal
  • Snow removal and pressure washing as directed
  • Represent the company in the case of accidents within the facility
  • Coordinate with property security and other stakeholders regarding garage and parking issues
  • Assist with repair of broken gate arms
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Handle equipment belonging to Reimagined or the Property Manager valued from $200 to $50,000
  • Interact face‑to‑face with customers (service is a priority)
  • Maintain a clean, neat, obstacle‑free site using provided equipment
  • Maintain control over all tools and equipment required for duties
  • Make suggestions for improving job performance
  • Consult with supervisor or manager about parking operation relevance
  • Log all issues/events in logbook and report to supervisor
  • Coordinate problem resolution with supervisors/managers
  • Act as a front‑line employee, a critical role in the position
  • Wear uniform in a neat, well‑groomed manner; appearance represents the company
  • Prioritize jobs with supervisors/manager guidance
  • Track levels of stock and supplies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Organized
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong command of English; friendly, even‑tempered, cooperative, able to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Basic knowledge of pressure washer, power tools, and ability to tow a trailer
  • Ability to operate a snow plow (asset)
  • Ability to drive various vehicles (Automatic or Manual transmission)
  • Knowledge of parking‑related machinery
Education / Specialized Knowledge
  • Previous experience with general repairs and maintenance functions
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic Technical Education
