This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anchorage, AK, for a Store Manager at Claire’s. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, managing team performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines. Building and coaching a team will also be a key responsibility of this role.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and delivering a high-quality in-store experience
• Proven experience in Store Management, including daily operations and team leadership
• Solid understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices and ability to maintain compliance and security
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to meet sales targets and foster growth in a results-driven retail environment
• Prior experience in the retail industry, preferably in a similar management role
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
