We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager (ASM) to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door. Bonuses: Up to $1100 in bonuses — $100 sign‑on bonus (paid after 90 days), $500 retention bonus after 6 months, and $500 retention bonus after 1 year. RESTRICTIONS APPLY (Ask your recruiter for more information).

• Lead and support:
  Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Deliver great service:
  Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues professionally and carefully. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Manage the store:
  Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
• Drive efficiency:
  Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

• Experience:
  
  2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Mobility:
  Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel to nearby stores when needed.
