This role serves as a bridge between our online customers and our in-store team—making sure every order, call, and interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Assist with editing, updating, and maintaining the website to ensure accuracy and a positive customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability for resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries about merchandise, the company and its services.
- Process online, phone and special orders with speed and precision.
- Report pricing, scanning and item location discrepancies.
- Assist in the retail store as needed, performing point of sale duties, stocking shelves, maintaining and organizing the sales floor, counting inventory, etc.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Exhibit an ability to receive feedback, adapt to new processes and continuously develop skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an emphasis on developing positive professional relationships.
- Practice punctual and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and work independently while managing time efficiently.
- Skilled at working effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow up on multiple tasks
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull and load up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Previous work experience in retail, e-Commerce or an order fulfillment environment.
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed, especially during times of high seasonal demand.
Compensation & Benefits$19.00 - $23.00/hour. After meeting eligibility requirements, benefits include:
