• Deliver personalized beauty experiences – Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product expertise – Share knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Stay ahead of trends – Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
• Drive results – Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain a beautiful space – Support inventory, merchandising, and keep a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

• Must meet required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours:
  • Full Time: 30‑40 hrs/week
  • Part Time: 15‑29 hrs/week
  • Flex (as needed): 4‑14 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance

• Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal‑oriented, inclusive environment.
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Meaningful Rewards – Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Pay range: $19.80 – $22.90/hr actual hourly pay depends on relevant qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
