The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills.

• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Hourly pay: $14.60 – $18.25, commensurate with experience.

Schedule is flexible: approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week during peak seasons, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.
