Retail Associate – Inventory role with part-time flexibility and opportunities for career growth and training.

• Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy is essential.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow to guide daily activities.
• Move between inventory locations and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity-based wage increases.

• Participate in company initiatives such as WE Count and support process improvements.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver and/or Warehouse work is valued; training is available for those without inventory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• No degree required; candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and the ability to work in low, crouched, or kneeling positions. It may involve climbing ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
