The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. Responsibilities include delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This part‑time role fits your lifestyle and requires you to jump in during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. You will share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

• Comfortably work a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. The role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The work schedule may be as little as 4 hours per month during slower periods and as many as approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds is required.

• Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

$14.60 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
