Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service; assist in locating merchandise based on Guest needs.;
Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and contribute to Buckle’s sales goals.;
Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention guidelines.;
Merchandise displays, pulls, restocking, price markdowns, and maintain a clean, shoppable store environment.;
Maintain knowledge of Buckle’s customer service expectations and policies; communicate concerns to management.
