Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy. When substitutions are needed they consult the customer to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers shop for, select, and package items to meet customer expectations. The role is fast‑paced, requiring work throughout the store and sometimes while serving in‑store customers. You will dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the process. The pace can be intense during evenings, weekends, and holiday season.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
