Job Summary

The Seasonal Sales Associate at The North Face will be the face of the brand in the store, delivering exceptional service, promoting products, and supporting sales and visual merchandising.

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (customer service or retail).
• Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.

This is a part‑time or limited time position (e.g., internship). It is not eligible for all VF benefit plans, but some benefits may be available. Compensation is $15.18–$22.77 per hour, depending on experience and location.
