In your role as the Wholesale Operations Support Specialist II, at Pacific Alaska Wholesale (PAW), the wholesale arm of the North West Company International (NWCI), your primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service for PAW/SPAN Alaska Sales. • C ompile, so r t, and v erify data t o be en t e r ed, r e vi ew er r or r epo r ts, and en t e r c or r ections in t o the c ompu t er sy s t em
• F ile sou r c e documents a f t er entry and k eep r e c o r ds of w ork c omple t ed
• A cc ountable f or all aspects of r e c eiving, p r oduction of shipping documents, and invoicing
• Support the PA W /S P AN t eam as r equi r ed

• Three years office experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale grocery environment
• High school diploma or g ene r al education deg r ee ( GE D ) OR equi v alent c ombination of education and e xperien c e
• C olle g e or additional t r aining p r e f er r ed but not required
• Experience with inventory management and/or accounting preferred
• P r oficient c ompu t er skills and c om f o r table learning other c ompu t er p r og r ams / sy s t ems
• Proficient in 10-key
• Must be detail and process oriented and possess critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of rural Alaska shipping methods and Alaska Native Corporations helpful
