Position: Grant Accounting Manager - Grant Services Department - Hybrid Work Schedule

This position is based in Anchorage, AK with a hybrid work schedule.

Summary

Ensures compliance with federal, state and other grant reporting and accounting requirements including filing various reports accurately and timely. Supports various single audits related to grants and ad hoc reporting as needed. Supports timely monthly financial statement preparation including providing support on timing of revenue recognition. Works to maintain and improve internal controls over grant reporting to ensure they are materially correct and prepared on time.

Drives financial compliance, including documenting new requirements, the projected impacts, and recommended approach. Provides leadership to direct report staff, and reports to the Director of Accounting who reports to the Controller.
