Sales Coordinator

Description

The Sales Coordinator role at N C Machinery in Anchorage is foundational to the success of the Sales Team. The position supports the Sales Team by processing equipment/attachment orders and assisting customers with parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs.

• Process equipment/attachment orders.
• Assist customers with parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs.
• Follow up with customers by phone to address questions, concerns and ensure equipment needs are met.
• Schedule timely delivery and pick‑up of equipment, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and reconcile inventory assets on a regular basis.
• Communicate effectively between N C Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit departments.
• Process post‑sale claims related to Caterpillar equipment transactions and update database records to maintain inventory integrity.
• Assist with attachment ordering and inventory control.
• Strive for a high level of customer satisfaction for all internal and external transactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2 or more years of related experience in a sales organization (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
