Account Executive

Ohana Media Group is seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. This is a high-impact role focused on helping local businesses grow through strategic radio and digital marketing solutions. As an Account Executive, you’ll build and manage your own book of business—developing client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering customized campaigns across our portfolio of radio stations and digital platforms.

• Prospect and develop new business through consistent outbound outreach and networking
• Build long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted marketing advisor
• Conduct needs analysis meetings to understand client goals and challenges
• Create and present integrated radio + digital marketing solutions
• Manage and grow existing accounts to drive renewals and increased investment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns execute successfully
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking to stay on pace with revenue goals

• Proven success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self‑motivated with a competitive drive and ability to work independently
• Ability to build relationships and ask the right questions to uncover needs
• Organized with solid time management and follow‑up discipline
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Media, advertising, or digital marketing experience is a plus—but not required

• Higher‑than‑average base salary + uncapped commission
