Looking to add extra income without committing to a rigid full-time schedule? Renewal by Andersen is hiring Part-Time Events Ambassadors to represent our brand at home shows, retail activations, festivals, and community events.

This role is designed for people who want to layer flexible work hours around other commitments—whether that’s a day job, school, family responsibilities, or another part-time role. Shifts are event-driven and typically occur outside traditional business hours, when customers are most available and events are happening.

If you’re outgoing, reliable, and comfortable talking to people, this is a fun, fast-paced way to earn extra income — with bonus potential tied to performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen at community events, retail locations, home shows, and festivals
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, confident conversations
  • Educate customers on our products, promotions, and in-home consultation process
  • Set qualified in-home consultation appointments
  • Follow simple scripts and qualification guidelines
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
  • Accurately capture customer information using tablets or mobile systems

You are the first impression of our brand, and your professionalism and energy matter.

SCHEDULE & TIME COMMITMENT (IMPORTANT)
  • This is a flexible
  • Shifts vary including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak community event times
  • Weekly hours will vary based on event schedules
  • Ideal for candidates seeking supplemental income or flexible hours that work around other priorities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort initiating conversations with new people
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Availability to work as events and retail locations require
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS (NOT REQUIRED)
  • Events, brand ambassador, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
  • Sales or appointment-setting experience
  • Comfort using tablets or mobile apps

$20 - $20 an hour

$20/hour base + performance-based incentives
