We are looking for an Automotive Salesperson to join our team. At Kendall Lexus of Anchorage our sales department is a fast‑paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Job duties include working with clients and other sales staff to sell vehicles, greet clients, provide product information, demonstrate products and features, negotiate vehicle prices with management staff, use computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects, build rapport, generate referrals, and secure future sales. You will also attend sales meetings and trainings, and assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays.

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Travel to out‑of‑town training events is infrequent but required. Candidates may spend up to ¼ of the work shift using computers or phones. Snow removal tools are required. Majority of job duties will be completed by standing and/or walking throughout the shift, and lifting up to 20 pounds may be required rarely.

Candidates must be willing to work weekend and evening shifts, have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles—including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrids—have a good driving record and a valid driver license.
