Territory Manager position covering the Washington territory, which also includes Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.
Key Responsibilities- Expand sales of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech – Neurovascular Division products and convert competitive products in a manner consistent with company policy and sales direction.
- Train to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians.
- Handle customer product questions and objections consistently with sales training methodology.
- Maintain and expand current accounts, build new accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and meet quotas for a variety of products.
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive manner that leads customers to action.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or B2B sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of medical device sales experience preferred.
- Neurovascular experience preferred.
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or radiology suite environment strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned territory.
- Exempt position requiring flexible work schedule to accommodate frequent disruptions.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, medical device sector, disease states, and therapeutic/trend trends.
- Sales experience in the neurovascular space and/or medical device field preferred.
- Ability to complete company training programs.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and ability to multitask without direct oversight.
Position Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40%.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- Periodic presence near heavy machinery, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and ability to wear heavy lead protective aprons and other safety equipment in lab environments.

PayAnticipated base pay range: $70,000 - $120,000.
