Anchorage, Alaska | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

$25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk‑ins
• Process orders accurately and promptly
• Prepare quotations and provide pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines
• Support outside sales by sourcing products and preparing quotes
• Manage key accounts, including Oil & Gas customers
• Assist customers with product selection and application solutions
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and technical support
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality service that keeps customers coming back

• Prior inside sales and/or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational, data entry, multitasking, and customer service skills
  
  Efficient in Windows‑based programs including Excel, Word, and Teams
• Willingness to learn and take direction when needed

• 2–3 years of experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
• Pumps
• Motors
• Rotating equipment
• Industrial products
• Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Office, SAP Ariba, and/or Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
• Experience performing a majority of the functions described in this role

• $25–$30/hour, depending on experience

• Office‑based, customer‑facing position within an active shop environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (with equipment as needed)
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to work in‑person in Anchorage, AK
