What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners in scheduled in-home consultations
- Understand customer needs and design customized replacement window and patio door solutions
- Present Renewal by Andersen products, pricing, financing, and warranty options
- Guide homeowners through a consultative purchasing process
- Maintain customer information and follow-up activities within Salesforce
- Generate referrals and self-generated business opportunities
- Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- A proven history of succeeding in commission-driven sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting and closing in a customer's home
- Self-discipline and personal accountability
- Coachability and commitment to continuous improvement
- The ability to work evenings and weekends
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pre-set and pre-qualified appointments and generous bonus allocations for self-generated leads
