What You'll DoCreate exceptional first impressions by welcoming customers in a customer-focused manner.

Guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey with engaging product presentations and hands-on vehicle demonstrations.

Build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers while proactively generating new business opportunities.

Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer information and provide personalized follow-up throughout the sales process.

Drive sales success by scheduling appointments, nurturing leads, and staying connected with prospective customers.

Deliver a seamless, low-pressure customer experience from vehicle selection through delivery and introduction to the Service team.

Become a trusted product expert by staying up to date on vehicle features, pricing, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends.

Maintain a professional and inviting showroom environment that enhances the customer experience and reflects company standards.

Support team success by mentoring and coaching sales professionals, sharing best practices, and helping others achieve performance goals and career growth.

Basic computer skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
