Security Officer

At Catalyst Cannabis Company we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for our customers and employees. We are looking for reliable and attentive Security Officers to join our team and help maintain a secure and compliant workplace.

• Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and property.
• Patrol designated areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
• Write clear and accurate incident reports when required.
• Monitor cameras and security systems.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
• Provide assistance to staff and customers when needed.

• Previous security experience preferred, but not required.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Must be dependable, alert, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties as needed.
