Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and/or contractor activity in accordance with location protocols and reporting procedures;
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns, directions, and incident information
